About Us.
Sypher Capital Partners ("SCP") was founded in 2018 by Steven Han and and is an open-ended fund that invests in both public and private blockchain oriented businesses and protocols. It is capable of running long/short and employs zero leverage.
In December 2024, Sypher Capital Management launched the Sypher Bitcoin Yield Fund ("SBY"), which allows investors to invest in Bitcoin while generating additional yield. The Sypher Bitcoin Yield Fund targets nominal ETF-like fees and accepts tax-efficient transfers of in-kind Bitcoin investments into the fund.
Our Funds.
Sypher Capital Partners Fund invests in both publicly-traded tokens/equities and privately-held blockchain companies and protocols focused on disruption of the financial services industry.
Sypher Bitcoin Yield Fund invests in Bitcoin and allocates them to new layer-2 protocols which can generate yield. The Fund will aim to maniacally diligence yield bearing opportunities to generate the optimal risk-adjusted yield.
